Game Mechanics

Speed

Core progression stat. Increases by +1 every second you stay in motion.

Speed is the central stat in +1 Speed Monkey Escape. Every second of movement (walking, running, wall jumping) permanently adds +1 to your Speed value. Falling off obstacles or stopping breaks your streak — but your Speed does not decrease. Higher Speed lets you complete tougher stages and reach hidden areas (including Sunken Shard locations).

Wins

Currency earned by completing stages. Spent on Treadmill upgrades and Tails.

Wins are earned by clearing obstacle-course stages. The amount per stage scales with the stage difficulty and is multiplied by any active Wins Potion (x2) and the Streak Boost (x1.1). Wins are spent in the Shop on Treadmill upgrades (raises base Speed multiplier) and Tails (cosmetic items with stat buffs).

Rebirth

Resets Speed and Wins in exchange for permanent progression bonuses.

Rebirth converts your current run into a permanent multiplier on future runs. Speed and Wins reset, but every Rebirth stacks a permanent speed progression bonus. Higher Rebirth counts also unlock higher-tier tail slots in the Shop. The exact Rebirth formula is not officially documented — community reports suggest Rebirth 5+ is the sweet spot for World 3-4, and Rebirth 10+ for World 5.

Tails

Cosmetic items that buff Speed and/or Wins. Equipped from the Shop.

Tails are wearable cosmetic items that provide stat buffs (Speed, Wins, or both). Five known sources: Robux Shop, Wins Shop, Rebirth unlocks, Codes rewards, and Event rewards. Tails stack multiplicatively with potions and streak boosts — making them the primary long-term power scaling path. Specific tail names and stats are tracked on the Tails Tier List page (Source Watch).

Treadmill

In-game training equipment that raises your base Speed multiplier.

Treadmill upgrades are purchased with Wins in the Shop. Each upgrade raises your base Speed multiplier — meaning every +1 of Speed you earn through movement is worth more. The reported x2 Speed Treadmill reward from collecting all 9 Sunken Shards is the highest known treadmill bonus.

Sunken Shards

9 hidden collectibles. 2 in the Lobby, 7 across Stages 2-9.

Sunken Shards are hidden collectibles scattered across the Lobby and Stages 2-9. Collecting all 9 reportedly unlocks an x2 Speed Treadmill reward (community-reported, not officially documented). Shard locations may shift with updates — treat the checklist as stage-level guidance, not pixel-exact directions.

Worlds

Top-level stage grouping. Currently World 1 through World 5.

Worlds are top-level stage groupings. Each World contains multiple obstacle-course stages with increasing difficulty. World 5 is the current end-game as of the Chapter 2 update. New Worlds typically arrive with major content patches and bring new tails, new shard locations, and new obstacles.

Codes

Redeemable strings for free Speed Potions, Wins Potions, and Streak Boosts.

Codes are redeemable strings entered in the Shop → Codes tab. They grant temporary boosts (x2 Speed, x2 Wins) or the permanent Streak Boost (x1.1). Codes are tied to milestones (visit/CCU counts) and limited-time events. Joining the 100% ALGO SHOT Roblox community is required to redeem any code.

Mechanics FAQ

Does Speed decay over time?

No. Speed is a permanent stat — it does not decrease when you stop, fall, or log out. Falling off obstacles breaks your streak (and the Streak Boost) but does not reduce Speed.

What is the difference between Wins and Speed?

Speed is your movement stat (built by moving). Wins are the currency you earn by completing stages. You spend Wins on Treadmill upgrades and Tails; Speed is consumed by Rebirth resets.

How does Rebirth scale?

Each Rebirth adds a permanent multiplier to your future Speed progression. The exact formula is not officially documented, but community reports suggest the scaling is meaningful enough that Rebirth 10+ is recommended before tackling World 5.

Do Tails stack with potions?

Yes — Tails stack multiplicatively with active potions (x2 Speed, x2 Wins) and the x1.1 Streak Boost. This stacking is why Tails are the primary long-term power scaling path.
