1. No Accounts, No Personal Data
This site does not require an account, login, or Roblox credentials. We do not collect names, emails, Roblox usernames, or any other personally identifiable information.
2. Local Storage
The Sunken Shards checklist uses your browser's localStorage to remember which shards you have collected. This data stays in your browser — it is never transmitted to our server or any third party. Clearing your browser data will reset your progress.
3. Analytics
This site does not currently run third-party analytics. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and the change will be clearly disclosed on the site before any tracking begins.
4. Cookies
This site does not set cookies. The only client-side storage used is the localStorage entry for shard progress (see section 2).
5. External Services
This site links to Roblox, Discord, and YouTube. Those services may collect data according to their own privacy policies when you click through. We do not control their practices and are not responsible for them.
6. Children's Privacy
Roblox's audience includes minors. This site does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us via the official Discord linked on the Updates page and we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
